When you book an extended stay long term accommodation with us you will be upgraded to a Studio Suite with 2 Double Beds and a Pull-out Sofa.

What is included?

The Studio Suites feature:

  • Kitchens with a full sized fridge and stove along with a microwave.
  • They are all equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.

You will also receive:

  • Complimentary valet parking.
  • Full housekeeping is twice a week.
  • Towel exchange and garbage removal daily.

Payment for all extended stays will be taken in full upon check-in. Monthly rates are subject to only 5% GST and are not subject to the 11% hotel tax. However, the length of the stay must be at a minimum the number of nights during the month in which the check-in date occurs. For example, a guest checking in any time during the month of October must stay a minimum of 31 nights to be eligible for the hotel tax exemption. Stays that do not qualify will be taxed accordingly.
